I got scammed from a website how do I recover my money?

I got scammed from a website paid 100 dollars and now website shut down and the email on the contact page is no good haven't received item and PayPal denied my claim? How do I ge tmy money back?

Help ! Fraud company in China sent a tiny parcel through Hermes instead of my original order of 2 large wagons (4seater) each! PayPal has closed my case because this stupid company provided tracking number, but I have proof from Hermes (picture) That the item is incorrect ! PayPal is rubbish, there’s no help! I will close down my other 20 PayPal business accounts too , absolutely rubbish in catching fraudsters out there!

I agree they are! But u had no tracking proved I have no wya to contact the people website is shut Down and email in no good no way to contact them PayPal should reverse transaction

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item OR which did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the seller provide fake tracking or what happened?
