I got scammed

Today i attempted buy a Xbox account off a PayPal user called <Removed>. After they showed me account I payed them the money and they sent me a fake email before blocking me. I need to know if theres anyway to escalate this claim faster, before he scams others. He advertises his accounts on tiktok in the account trxding_gta. Help?

I am sorry to know about what has happened. If you have already opened a dispute in your Resolution Centre. By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction. If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement and help you accordingly.
