can someone advise me how to get my money back I tried to purchase a ps5 from a online store and have been waiting extremely long delivery waiting time being told it is on the way and then on delivery date the item was delayed with no notice to another very long delivery date that caused me to delay my reaction and after cancelling and told I was getting a refund I have not got my money back and then i complained threw the company customer service on the website and threw email and told I was getting a refund from two different customer service staff and i waited again and emailed again to be told I was getting a refund but again no money received, now I tried to dispute on PayPal and it has been closed straight away because its uneligible for PayPal buyer protection, I am stuck at what to do now

Why was it ineligible, did you pay using friends/family or goods/services and which dispute type did you open?

I opened a dispute with I want a refund option under issues with purchase, and for friends/family - services/goods I'm not sure which one was used I am unfamiliar with these options how can I tell ?, I purchased with money from my bank account and used PayPal as a quick way to do the transaction

ok just read the title of your thread, paypal buyer protection only covers you for up to 180 days after that you can't dispute anything.
That's pretty much the same time frame that most credit cards give you.
Do you have a small claims court in Ireland which you could use if it was a seller also in Ireland?

yea there's are small claims court but the company I made the purchase is from abroad in Spain I'm sure I think the company has a bad reputation but claim there authentic and reputable its the tradeinn franchise I purchased from the techinn store I have seen they had many disputes with PayPal and customers wanting refunds on there twitter
