Welcome back to our Community Forum. I can understand receiving a security code you haven't requested can be a bit concerning. It sounds like someone with your email address may be trying to access your PayPal account. However, as long as they do not have that code, they normally would not be able to gain access. With that in mind, it's always best to update your password and security questions as well as review your recent activity for anything unrecognized.
If you continue to receive these codes, you may want to update your email address to something unique and something you don't use anywhere else.
