I tried submitting my NIN to Paypal but it keeps refreshing without allowing me to click the submit botton. What do I do?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history or tried uploading the document from another device yet? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for assistance.
