In shein account ,I cannot remove my paypal account from it

In shein account ,once I enter the paypal detail for purchase I cannot remove my paypal account from it
The account is of one of family member 
I purchase with my paypal account and now I cannot remove the detail from this shein account
This means that this person can purchase in my account when ever he wants ,
And I cannot do anything about that !
Please help how to resolve this
