Is it fair for PayPal to permanently ban my account without ANY WARNING???

OR EVEN OFFER A CHANCE TO FOR RESTITUTION TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE? This is most definitely messed up! One day I made too many requests for a refund of my money from various regrettable transactions that I had made and suddenly I am banned permanently from the use of all PayPal services! Without any ability to resolve or seek any restitution to the conflict that was caused! I find this very unfair in that I don't even get a chance to be heard out as to why I did what I did and two and ability to rectify or at the very least make amends to what I did in order to reserve my ability to use PayPal. But no I was completely cut off without any form of restitution for my actions...

In 10 years I have filed 3 claims.

So if you are filing loads of claims because you 'regret the purchases' then paypal would see that as an abuse of their buyer protection policy and may subsequently ban you from using paypal anymore.

  • Abuse of our online dispute resolution process and/or PayPal’s Purchase Protection program and/or PayPal’s Seller Protection program.
