Clearly a Chinese based company that's laughing all the way to the bank, especially with "brother PayPal facilitating" their fairly complex efforts to relieve us of our cash.

 

"A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED."  I'M NOW LIKELY ONE OF THEM. THESE COMPANIES WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT "SELLER AND BILLER" NAMES ARE HARD TO TRACK, but shame on PayPal!

I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY TOO AND WAS DENIED MY MONEY BACK! I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM I ORDERED BACK IN OCTOBER (MY SON CHRISTMAS GIFT) I AM VERY UPSET AND THINKING TO STOP USING PAYPAL! HOW ARE THEY ALLOWING THESE TYPE OF SCAMMERS TO KEEP STEALING PEOPLES MONEY WHEN WE ARE IN A WORLD CRISIS???? SHAME ON THESE SCAMMERS AND PAYPAL TOO

I have only just got on here to see what I can do and I-ordered mine in Sept , was just giving them time to get it here in Australia with COVID at all

They said my item was delivered and mind you I have 3 surveillance cameras that records 24/7 and I never received anything from them 100% SCAMMERS

They got me too. I have been fighting with the seller and paypal since September. I have numerous emails to the seller who has given me several different tracking numbers and also has told me my purchase is held up in customs. The 1st tracking number was delivered to an address in my town but was an amazon purchase the size of a cell phone. The 2nd tracking number again was an amazon purchase to the same address and again the package was no bigger than a bread box. So I opened and paypal closed my dispute since the seller provided them with tracking numbers.....they are apparently stealing valid amazon tracking numbers or they know what amazon uses. Shame on them. Paypal after several calls reopened my dispute again to close since seller gave them a valid stolen tracking number. I call again and was told to get something in writing from the post office that the tracking number provided is not my package....after being on hold for over an hour with the post office they are not able to do this due to privacy laws. So rather than dealing with paypal I am disputing the transaction with my credit card and they are more than sympathetic and they have credited my account. Paypal says they are hear to help but they are outsourcing their Customer Service reps just like this company that is actually not a true company....NEVER buy anything from Facebook you will be ripped off!!!!

This is pretty ridiculous, they have dozens maybe hundreds of sites, scamming people every single day.  I got scammed 3 times twice myself and my daughter once and that's where I lost it.  Does anyone work in media so we can report this in a more impactful way, I am discussed to think that everyday someone is placing an order on those sites.  Today I got toothbrushes in place of my "ice maker" seriously a joke and from the same guy Jason Gao...

I was, without hope, waiting for a decision from Paypal. Fifteen minutes ago, I was on a ‘chat’ in my Paypal account trying to add more information about this company’s criminal activity but the conversation was abruptly cut off. By coincidence, an email arrived in my inbox, telling me that Paypal had decided in favour of the company because they had received. “Tracking information which showed that the order had been delivered.” The tracking information finished at the Post Office DO. In my town. It did not say the parcel was delivered to me. The company is clearly using stolen tracking information to cover their crimes.

I am dealing with this right now. It is now December 12 and my item was ordered end of July. This "company" JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED also appears as "PrettyZero" and "Shrewd". I have been provided several false tracking numbers. On a single day I received an email with a tracking number that was false and the email also stated that my item was received (it of course never was), later that same day  after I responded that the previous was not the case, I was told that they *just* provided my item to the shipper but that they could not give me a *new* tracking number due to technological difficulties. This is clearly a scam with no intent to fulfill my purchase. I see countless complaints on this feed in the same regard, with PayPal being less than helpful. It is disgusting. How are you getting a Paypal representative on the phone? The automated system keeps hanging up on me after stating they cannot fulfill my request. It is negligent that Paypal continues to service this scam of a "business" after so many claims against them.
