Limited Account for being under 18 when i created it (i am 32 as of now)

hi good day to you folks , i would like to ask for help regarding the limitation of my account, 3 weeks ago paypal limited my account under the pretense that i made it when i was under 18 meaning more than 16 years ago, now to be honest i DONT remember if thats true or not as it was a long time ago, but i do know that i would never lie regarding my age, i have contacted multiple times customer support asking if there is something that can be done to restore my account or at least to move my money to another account/sending to a friends account to no avail, all they tell me is that i have to wait SIX months to be able to get my money back from my account.

so with no other option at hand i turn to this place looking for any help or advice regarding my problem, i would apreciate any help or advice you can share with me, thank you in advance and have a nice day

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18. If you made one underage then even if you are 32 when they find out it would still be an illegally made underage account.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to do a withdrawal of funds from that account or allow you to open a new account and transfer the funds across for you. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once but you should get one of those options.

i apreciate your answer @kernowlass, i reached to customer support telling them both of your proposals and i was thoroughly denied, gonna keep trying though there has to be a way to solve this problem

You wouldn't get either of those options until the 180 days was up unfortunately.
