My PayPal Account is blocked, With the reason that I am not following paypal rules and I can't use it anymore, While i sent them all the proofs of payments in details but don't know why didn't they understand and banned my account permanently, I have a balance in my account that is also limited can't withdraw until 6 months, My question is if they have limited my funds due to the business/service then what about the payments that are "Friends and Family" Can i receive that funds without waiting 6 months ? How to request them, They mentioned in the last email that they will review my balance several times and let me know if they will release some funds but it has been a month they haven't contacted or sent any email regarding the balance review.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Hi @kernowlass Thank You for the answer I have already read this answer on someone else's ticket and then opened mine, It's because I have raised the question for "Friends and Family" Funds these funds have nothing to do with disputes, It's only for trusted transactions, So Why it's necessary to hold this trusted transaction fund too?

If the account is permanently limited then it means you are banned from using paypal.

Friends/family payments are using paypal aren't they, but as you can't use Paypal at all then you would not be able to do any payment type.

@kernowlass Either I don't understand you or you are trying to make me agree, It's not about using any payment mode in PayPal it's about withdrawing funds from the blocked account, It's mentioned that they hold funds for 6 months because customers has  6 months time period to open a dispute, That is for services balance, I ask The funds that were received as Friends and Family, have nothing to do with disputes because you can't open any dispute against FNF payment. Then Why they still keep that fund on hold too.? It's really simple to understand, isn't it?

Because you can open a dispute for friends/family payments, someone may file a dispute for unauthorised OR do a chargeback and as there is no seller protection for those payment types PayPal would refund the sender, hence the 180 day hold.
