My account got hacked, they added a credit card, sent money to themeself, deleted my account.

When I woke up this morning I got like 10 emails from Paypal. Somebody logged into my account, than added their card, than sent themeself money, than deleted my account. This happened in the span of 3 mintuted at CET 22:16 to 22:19, and got an email from one of this steps.
I could not log into my account to file a report, because it got banned. 
So, I created a new account to reach out for them, and i could not write for them, so iam writing this right now.
Has this happened to somebody else? What can I do?
And, yes  had 2FA and every possible thing turned on on my account. How things like this is even possible??!

Hello!
Something similar happened to me a few minutes ago.
I received an email that a card has been added to my account. I logged in and was greeted with a new profile picture...I didn't have any money stored in my account (thankfully). I deleted all my cards and accounts on it. I changed the password. Looks like nothing went wrong. Among the logins was a name "vili". It wasn't me...
I'm sorry for what happened to you, I'd like to know what we have in common, from where we were found?!

This happened to me too!! I wrote to PayPal on Facebook messenger is they can look after it but i don’t know if they can help me with it.
