as what i asked before, i want to know what are the things that might restrict my account permanently or temporary because it's so frustrating! i just created this account yesterday and linked my first ever credit card to find my account banned and can't remove the card or delete my account from it, though all i wanted is to generate a paypal.me link, and since it didn't appear i thought of vpn to make that link for useful and easy transfers.
now the main question is... is there any chance for me to remove this permanent restriction from my account, i need that account for my online payments, schooling also to receive money from my relatives

I clearly have a notification that says I'm no longer having access to services with PayPal in accusing of fraud. When my account didn't make any transfers nor paying. Nor selling. I remember that I accidentally logged in my account using vpn to make a paypal me link since I needed that. So I believe that this what got my account blocked. And I'm sorry for violating the rules with this. I just wanted to ask if you can fix my issue and lend me back my account. Since I need it for family money transfers And some works. Already contacted the social media but I'm so worried they'll Ignore my case and won't give me back my account. You can check my account and you'll see that I only linked my card and my current balance is at 0$. I just need my account for money transfers. Note that I couldn't find the button to message a representative for the company so I'm using social medias to ask for help and support to get my problem solved
