Someone hacked my account last night and changed the settings and account preferences making it difficult for me to interject or close the account. Nobody at PayPal is available to speak with. I’m concerned that they’re transferring funds. Your guidance is appreciated!
If you click on legal bottom right of this page > user agreement > select your country > scroll to unauthorised > there is a phone number in that section for you.
