I am autistic so please understand I might ask questions. My account is limited because of a fraudulent company stealing from me. I can't get the card off my account that was compromised because PayPal wants documents but the card has been shot off, so I can't give documents for the card. I tried changing my password and followed the instructions the website gave, with no response from the website. How do I solve this? Also, why is PayPal attacking the victims by taking away our ability to use our accounts instead of protecting us from the fraudulent companies or criminal's? My account has been compromised for longer than a year because of this. I've tried to contact Paypal but nothing has been done. I am trying again. Here's the ID number to my claim Reference ID: PP-L-277674187554 You guys are not a safe place for my money, you took away my ability to protect myself. I have done nothing wrong yet your site is punishing me for asking for help. I've been attacked by a fraudulent company. I shouldn't have been punished for it. You should have taken the situation to the company that stole from me instead. The card should have been shut off when my bank shot it off, instead of you putting limitations on my account. You guys need to change your algorithm. It is a bad experience. You are lucky I don't use my account for living expenses. I would have taken it to court. I do know my rights. I've spoken to government agencies to learn. You failed to protect me from fraud. You failed to give me access to secure my account. That's not protecting people. 😭😥😡💔

I think my situation has changed. I just checked my account again. It might have taken care of itself. I am going to wait to see what happens next. There's still a message on my feed about the compromised card. I don't understand why it's still there if the situation has been changed.

I just found out my account is still limited. I believe no one is going to help me. PayPal is a horrible company. You guys are withholding my money because you are incompetent. How hard is it for you to let me delete a card that is deactivated from my account? The card can not be reactivated because my bank shut it off do to a fraudulent company attacking me. I have no information for the card because it no longer exists. My bank was the one who saved me from a fraudulent company and you guys did nothing but victimize me for reporting it to you and asking for your help. That's not helping me. You are responsible for our money and you are stealing it. You should be shut down for fraud and stealing money. I'm pretty sure there's hundreds of others who are in the same situation as I am. You've been holding my account hostage for a year because of a fraudulent company and that's not how you help people to protect themselves. You should have protected me from the company not limit my ability to do what I need to do. You guys should appreciate our business because we are paying you through high fee's and your incompetent practice's. PayPal doesn't care about it's costumer's. You don't help us. You take away our ability to protect yourselves. You should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing this to happen to your members. Oh and by the way, I had an account with you guys before. That account was hacked and I reported it and you guys did the same thing limited my ability to stop it and you didn't help me. I deleted that account after I was forced to shut down everything I worked hard for. I was using the account for my businesses. I never did anything wrong. I was surprised to find my account was blocked. At first there was no explanation for the block, I had to contact your support. I finally got my account opened and took action. All your support did is run me around and got me nowhere. It was a horrible experience. It's no different now. It seems the workers here don't have any experience and you guys shove articles into our faces and hold our accounts hostage. My bank is better at protecting me. You are victimizing me just like the fraudulent company who attacked me.
