I shipped the package on Nov 5th, it left my post office on the 6th and has been stuck at the next station for 11 days.  My customer wants her money back.  What is my protection?  Thank you

Your seller protection is to have proof of delivery when a buyer claims non-delivery or to have insured the package in case of loss to get reimbursed from carrier or insurer for refunding buyer.

Sellers are ultimately responsible for refunding buyer on lost packages.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

That is very kind of you to respond--thank you... but, I see over 50% of listings on ebay, ETSY, and others that state (from a seller).  "I am not responsible for items lost in the mail"--so, in fact, this is not true if paid with Paypal.  It is hard to charge a buyer for insurance on packages that I am ultimately responsible for delivery... kind of making them pay for "my" protection.  again, thank you for responding.
