Has anyone that filed a dispute for this scam gotten a resolution? I tried calling customer <Removed> but offices closed due to COVID-19 and the online link for the dispute form to fill out doesn’t work. Contacting the actual scammer has been unsuccessful too of course.

I eventually got a refund ... partly thanks to PayPal. I sent various emails of complaint to PayPal, ORDERPLUS (3 different emails) and copied in the Chinese Consulate (South Africa) ... Consulate did not respond but ORDERPLUS could see who was on copy. This process took several weeks. I was challenged to send back the goods at my cost ... I refused stating the “mistake” was made by ORDERPLUS and they should thus pay for return if indeed they want the goods back ... no response ... I still have the goods packed and ready to go if they sent me an address and prepaid courier.

ORDERPLUS took 2 months to get my order delivered ... they have an order tracking system on their (BLAROKEN in my case) website. They use several websites. Tracking system seems genuine. Engage with ORDERPLUS to see where your order is ... likelihood is that you will receive your order but not the product you are expecting.

They have a nice website with lots of nice looking jackets, Tshirts and many other men's clothing items
with things like Lets Go Brandon and some religious statements on them.
They have some hiking boots, etc..
Emailing them, I got NO response, 2nd email, NO response,
when you go to hit Cancel Order, it leads you to nothing.
Very sketchy company.
When I look at them, they are based in the UK. So its now obvious that I wont get the items that they
collected my money for. I just got off the phone with someone in India who I had to ask the same question 5x to.
I had asked if I have to make payments on something I never got? he could not answer me, He said that I have to wait 19 days for his team to investigate. I told him they need to take their paypal logo and credit system off this site cuz its a SCAMMER site..
I am so disappointed!!!!
