Has anyone that filed a dispute for this scam gotten a resolution? I tried calling customer <Removed> but offices closed due to COVID-19 and the online link for the dispute form to fill out doesn’t work. Contacting the actual scammer has been unsuccessful too of course.

I eventually got a refund ... partly thanks to PayPal. I sent various emails of complaint to PayPal, ORDERPLUS (3 different emails) and copied in the Chinese Consulate (South Africa) ... Consulate did not respond but ORDERPLUS could see who was on copy. This process took several weeks. I was challenged to send back the goods at my cost ... I refused stating the “mistake” was made by ORDERPLUS and they should thus pay for return if indeed they want the  goods back ... no response ... I still have the goods packed and ready to go if they sent me an address and prepaid courier.

I paid through paypal but not had comfirmation email from the company if order has gone through, should of turned up last week so have i been scammed?

ORDERPLUS took 2 months to get my order delivered ... they have an order tracking system on their (BLAROKEN in my case) website. They use several websites. Tracking system seems genuine. Engage with ORDERPLUS to see where your order is ... likelihood is that you will receive your order but not the product you are expecting.

Ordered a leather sleeveless jacket. Item arrived made from low quality leather look vinyl. Same basic design but probably made for £5. Usual story with these scams, second time I’ve been caught. There won’t be a third. Offered a half price discount rather than me pay the return postage. They are relying on this and I suspect deliberately do this as they will probably still make £20 profit from the £27 they are charging after discount. I have contacted through PayPal but no response yet. I’m further annoyed as their advert clearly states that if I paid via PayPal then I would not have to pay return fees. This swayed my decision to buy as I was already sceptical. I’m disappointed that PayPal allow such scammers to use their name in the scam and would want PayPal to remove their facilities when the company has so many complaints and issues.

Hi, has anyone received their money back from this company ? Looks like they have been scamming people for a long time, how do they get away with it ? Why don't companies like Facebook and PayPal stop dealing with these people?

These people are a scam. They send cheap imitation goods that you reject then refund 50% and expect you to pay freight back to China. Do not buy from them. They use a multitude of names but they are the same company.

I just processed an order last week and have not received any update or response. Sent second request for status. Feel it is a scam.

I placed an order for a pool 99.99. When I disputed with PayPal they refunded 28.00 then PayPal said it was closed because they showed it was delivered by uses. The tracking number listed states waiting on product to arrive. Then my description of items was like 4 shirts. They need to shut them down PayPal needs to stop letting them use this because they are supposed to back these companies so im out $78.00

They have a nice website with lots of nice looking jackets, Tshirts and many other men's clothing items

with things like Lets Go Brandon and some religious statements on them. 

They have some hiking boots, etc.. 

Emailing them, I got NO response, 2nd email, NO response, 

when you go to hit Cancel Order, it leads you to nothing. 

Very sketchy company. 

When I look at them, they are based in the UK. So its now obvious that I wont get the items that they 

collected my money for. I just got off the phone with someone in India who I had to ask the same question 5x to. 

I had asked if I have to make payments on something I never got? he could not answer me, He said that I have to wait 19 days for his team to investigate. I told him they need to take their paypal logo and credit system off this site cuz its a SCAMMER site.. 

I am so disappointed!!!!
