Hello,
I am wanting to open a dispute as I have not received my item (I made the order 2 months ago) and the seller is not responding to my messages. I paid for the item using the Pay in 4 payment plan, and have completed all the payments. Yet, I am unable to open a dispute as when I try reporting any of the Pay in 4 transactions, it comes with the message "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction.". How do I open a dispute for this order?
Thanks,
Clarissa

Do not dispute the installment payments themselves, look for the transaction record that the Pay in 4 plan is for. Click it open and click “Report a problem” link.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
