Hi,
I cash in from G-cash to Paypal and it went successfully, then I transferred money from G-cash to my bank account. Then when I withdraw the amount was inadequate so I'm missing an amount of 1,500. Then I checked my online bank transactions and saw this POS W/D SV PAYPAL *HO 4xxxxxxxx3 MC CAN 0xxxxxxxxxx8 with the total amount of debit 1,550.62 I didn't make any transaction from this. Can somebody explain why does Paypal can make this kind of transaction with my bank account? Without any TOP because this was one way of securing your account when doing online transactions. Can this be refunded as well? Thank you Paypal team hopes I can get a positive answer from this. This is kinda frustrating and I don't feel any secure anymore with Paypal.
