PayPal disabled my account even though I genuinely believe I didn't break the user agreement.

I am a small streamer / content creator and I had created a PayPal business account to receive payments from sponsors and donations. PayPal had asked me to verify some information and validify some payments, and I had provided information and receipts. The next day I come back to see my account had been permanently limited due to "activity that's inconsistent with our user agreement"

I would like to know what inconsistencies caused my account to be permanently disabled, and / or an opportunity to prove, validate, and confirm the legitimacy of my business on PayPal.

Hello @Dukkeroonie

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can certainly understand how a limitation on your account can be a bit frustrating. Normally, limitations are placed where PayPal finds unusual / suspicious activity or when we need to collect and confirm information necessary for keeping your account open. In those cases, we'll normally reach out and request the documentation needed or an explanation of what activity raised a concern.

When a permanent limitation is placed due to some kind of activity not allowed on our user agreement, there's normally not anything PayPal would request to lift that limitation. You may want to review our Acceptable Use Policy to see what activity is allowed / not allowed on PayPal to compare with the activity on your account.

While these decisions are not normally able to be reversed, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams for further guidance.

My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,
