Paypal account blocked, can't send money back, i'm a teenager

Hello everyone, I just sold somtehing for 15€ and I unfortunatrely gave my company account so my paypal got blocked. I'm a teenager and want to send him the money back, how can I do that?

Are you under 18?

If so then your account would be limited and you would not be able to use it anymore.

So ask the buyer to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item which you don't respond to and they should get their refund back.

Or you could contact customer services and request that they issue a refund on your behalf?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
