We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use. |
The payment in question was sent as part of a billing agreement you previously set up with the merchant. |
"i don't know what to do, did PayPal stole my money?

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello @sherifhafez,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I am sorry to know about the unrecognized subscription which was not authorized by you. I know the importance of getting this fixed. As the case has been reviewed , and the same decision was made, this decision would be final on the case. Since you have canceled the subscription on the account, please reach out to the merchant to request a refund.
Good Luck,
Ayesha
