Paypal customer Service wants me to hire my own tech team to start a return

When you purchase a laptop and say that its not as described would you compare it with looks or look into the software or hardware. Today a customer Service at Paypal told me to hire my own tech team and get a opinion as I did receive the gray laptop as mentioned but to prove that its not working, I need to hire my own team. Any opinions will work

I expect because you bought a laptop and got a laptop and generally paypal do not get involved in 'quality' issues so your best bet is to give paypal as much information as possible to enable you to hopefully win the claim.
