Rakuten survey payment how to claim

i have survey payment from rakuten..they say it already send.but i check my paypal activity.there is no payment. Please help me. God bless you

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to find the payment in your account. In order to find if you have received the payment or not sender is cheating I suggest you visit your PayPal account Activity page, you will be able to find all the transaction in there and if you are not able to find the transaction that you are referring to then the sender has not made the payment yet.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

If the payment is currently held, the available balance would be at 0, but the payment would still show in your activity. If there's no payment in your activity, it is possible that the payment was not sent, or that it was sent to the incorrect address.
