Receive and send money but it says Merchant is restricted?

I've been trying to receive and send money but it says "Merchant is restricted"?

I have no idea how to fix this problem. I been verifying my account and there is nothing wrong with it,

I also verified my phone number, Gmail, address and even my bank info. How do i fix this problem..?image_2022-06-13_174751093.png
