So I made a purchase in a game through Google play, I bought a premium currency for that game but then the advertised ways of spending them varried and I was no longer interested in them and wanted to make a refund, I made a refund request on the same day by Google and it was declined, they told me that I should contact the seller (developer) to make a refund which I did but the developer told me "there is nothing we can do to get your refunds since all the payments are processed by Google Play Store".
I made a dispute on PayPal and it was also declined with the reasons being "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as there was no documentation given to show the credit due." and the other reason was: "The case was closed in the seller’s favor as the seller provided a valid proof of delivery."
Even tho Google's refund policy stats that they have a 48h refund policy but they declined it and when I contacted the support they told me that refunds are just one-time courtesies and suggested to either solve it with the developer or the payment provider.
Now what?
