I bought an account in online game but it got banned after i paid for it when i spoke with game manger they said that the old owner made many claims on paypal thats why it got banned.. So the theif is using paypal refund terms to steal people money.. Its been almost a month and the cases still under review ( i knew from game mangers) so i wanna know paypal will help this theif and refund him money?
