I have Case with seller and I created request in resolution center, Case Status:Awaiting your response ,I need to contact Resolution center by phone,Because I tried to communicate via chat, I could not reach customer service. I have questions related to the claim,Is there an email or phone number to get answers my questions?

You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
