Resolution centre logs me out before I finish raising dispute.

I am raising a dispute because nothing was delivered on a transaction in the UK. But there are 30 items on the transaction and paypal signs me out of my account before I can finish the long entry for every item. I have to re-enter all of the individual item details and value I want to claim back but however fast I go, it logs me out and resets all the entries so I have to start again.  I am stuck in a digital loop and can't raise the dispute.

What can I do? Thanks

Hi @inrepose,

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

I do understand your frustration. If you did not receive any items relating to the transaction, then that is all you need to include in the details when opening the dispute. There would be no need to include the details for the items at the time of opening the dispute. This will prevent the Resolution Center timing out.

Simply follow the steps here to open a dispute.

I hope this helps!

Sadly that does not work. As soon as I pick the transaction from the list to dispute, it immediately pops up every item in a transaction where I ordered about 30 individual items. I can't move on without filling in all the details on every item (which times out paypal and logs me out before I finish entering all the details).

@inrepose, welcome back!

I'm sorry you've run into some issues opening that case. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, through Twitter direct message, and/or Facebook instant message.

Best wishes,

Did you get this resolved as I have been having the same issues. It is ridiculous if its the whole order you have a problem with why is it not a self populating form why you have to go through all the detail down to the price is beyond me . I think I have spent a whole day trying to get refunds from Bath & Body Works for returns that have been delivered back and you spend the time filling it in and then it times out .If it saved it as you went along you would not have a problem
