Roblox game refund scam

Alright so, everything started when a dude DM'd me on Discord wanting to buy something from me (An intangible/virtual item in a Roblox game). After I gave him what he wanted after he paid me, he blocked me and deleted all his messages which was confusing for me (he also refused to vouch for me). After a day I saw that he requested a refund of the $12 that he gave me saying that I didn't deliver his item. And the funny part is not only that he won the case, is HOW he won it. So after like 5 days it says he won the case and the proof that I provided is invalid, and the proof I provided is how: He blocked me, refused to vouch, and how we both did trades AND THAT I GAVE HIM the item (it was his name in the game too, as in the paypal account). And besides all that, in his notes he said "Pika devil fruit". And when I contact customer support they say that my proof is invalid and the agent said something like this: "We do not believe only in words". But the guy who bought didn't even provide any proof on how he didn't receive his item or how I blocked him like he said, the thing is I even showed proof of how he literally blocked me on the account. That's crazy bro 💀. I wanna know if there's something i can do about itScreenshot 2022-06-08 104825.pngScreenshot 2022-06-08 105447.png[removed]Screenshot 2022-05-31 215310.png

Because he’s the buyer. They can open disputes. Screenshots can be faked. You need compelling evidence that you delivered the items, something PayPal can verify like tracking numbers, IP address, download logs, cart session info. Unless you are the game developer with ways to track delivery of digital items, don’t make these kinds of sales if you can’t afford a loss. Or, accept the occasional loss or self insure against it by putting aside a % of each sale to cover it if you frequently sell these sorts of items. Just be relieved it’s a $12 loss at this point.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
