Roselinlin, women's clothing seller, located in China

Shoddy, strangely-sized, flimsy, shapeless women's clothing - has anyone been able to successfully get a refund from this company?  Seems to be a complete waste of money.

Have been disputing 237. dollar charge to my account since the summer of 2018. I paid 70 dollars to return crappy clothing(missized holes etc)they still are disputig giving my refund, never received half tof the order. SHAM STAY AWAY Chinese compay that lies and cheats, PayPal should ban them altogether.

I agree. PayPal should block them. You should contact PayPal and tell them you already returned the merchandise, make sure you gave the post office paperwork; paypal should refund you the money

Sure wish I'd have read reviews. Product is shoddy at best. No seams on sleeve bottoms and bottom of dress. Have to return to Guanzhou, China, but they ARE offering a refund of a whopping 15%. It's probably better than the cost of shipping to China. Needless to say, I'll never do business again and do all I can to spread the word about this unethical company.

I just now received the returned package I had sent back, using the label they had emailed to me - in August last year!!!  For months they claimed they had never received it.  Evidently it's a phony address.  It took 5 months to be returned, so I'm out the return postage plus the original price for the piece of crap smelly rag I was sent.

DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING - THE ADDRESS THEY SEND IS FAKE (as is the company itself - it's a scam!).

Pay Pal will do nothing about this scam company, as many customers have discovered.  All we can do is continue to boycott PayPal, as I've been doing since August.

While on a boring conference call I made the mistake of ordering some summer items from Roselinlin.  I should have read the reviews first.  A TOTAL SCAM. The clothing is nothing like the photos.  Horrible fabric, design and fitting.  A complete waste of money.  It's shocking that the ads are allowed to exist. I tried to get a refund - no luck.

And if you open a dispute with PayPal they do NOTHING.  Boycott PayPal (as if they care).  They are as bad as the scam companies whose money they take.

What these scam websites do is take pictures of real clothing from legit sites like Nordstrom Rack and put it on their website, some sites just scam you out of your money period, some make the clothing, but its just total crap, some send out a 1.00 dollar toy and say prove we didn't send you the clothing. These sites pop up and are gone just as fast when to many complaints are made, but just pop up under a different name. Check these sites out first look for a phone number, a address, other websites saying good or bad things, typing in the name and scam to see if sites pop up telling you info, see if they are on PayPal Community not one good review on here, you can even check their website to see who owns its and how long its been active its probably not very long. I check all new sites I've never heard of before I purchase anything and I am lucky I do I didn't waste my $ on Roselinlin..

Poor quality. Not as advertised. Would have to return to Guanzhou China so accepted 15% refund, which I did receive. Do not do business with them.
