I am answering my own post because I really need to share what went next after I started denouncing this chinàs scam to paypal:
I finally received a package full of rag, low-end things which do not deserve being called ´clothing’. Now since I finally had received something, it turned out that I had to ship it back to China. I informed Paypal that the address provided to them paypal agents by these scammers was not the one on the package (the package was actually posted from Ontario, not China). Shipping back to Ontario is about $20 CAD while shipping to China is more expensive than the scrap in the hat! I was told by a paypal agent named Lina, that there were 2 options: send it back to China and get a ´full refund’ OR keep the scrap and get a partial refund of...$30CAD! I pointed out that I was not too fond of me paying more than the pack value and moreover, to people I will never trust ever again in my whole life...see? Yeah of course you get it all because you too were trapped in this dead ended story, just like I was, right?
Although I was trying to explain again and again that the package had been sent from Ontario, she replied that if I were to send it there, I would not be paid back at all. This is when she offered the brilliant partial refund of $30CAD. No need of scientific calculations to understand that our two only poor options are to take a guess on having $50CAD back after the shipping fees are deducted from the ´full refund’ OR to accept $30CAD as a partial refund. What a deal...
Don’t know what you guys are up to, but I will track these scammers down using the Canada Anti-Fraud support until they stop fooling people around the world only because they think they can hide behind their stinky china stupid wall.

Unfortunately, I can confirm that this dealer is a scammer. The only advice I could give is to not loose your time and energy to get your package shipped to you. Moreover, do not lose your time and energy trying to get helped by paypal. All paypal will be doing is contacting the dealer and give these scammers as much time as they need to pack the scrap and send it to you. And when you finally receive your bag of surprise, the only option you will have is to ship the scrap back....in China! And this will cost you far more than the package value. Paypal will finally offer you a partial refund of $30CAD. That’s about it.
So whether you forget about this unfortunate shopping, or you start tracking them down as soon as possible, using your country Anti-Fraud Centre Service. I have chosen to track them down, hoping this choice will be yours also, and that an infinite number of peoples will do the same, until these bandits realize they actually can be caught. I encourage everyone to seek help from the local, regional, and international media in order for these strategies to be uncovered and for the information to be widely spread around. This is the only way because paypal won’t help at all and this situation has to be revealed to the whole world. If we stand together, I truly believe we can make it happen.

Shoppping Technology Co is basically big Chinese drop-ship scammers using different sites to **bleep** people over, Trouserholic is one, and Fancyapair is another. Anyone reading this, if you see the name "Shopping Technology Co" - CANCEL the transaction, it's a scam.
PAYPAL is of no help at all - The Chinese scammers have found a loophole, and Paypal doesn't care because they make money off transactions.
All the scammer has to do if you open a case is demand you ship the item back to China and it forces you to either cancel the dispute or ship the item back and send the tracking number - There's no other option, and sending the item back to China cost more than the item, so you lose.
Remember this next time you buy something online, use Visa, Mastercard, or a real credit service - Paypal is a joke when it comes to consumer protection, they have no competition in this area and they don't care if it costs us money.

I totally agree with you SJ_MTL: when it comes to customer’s protection, do not try to assert your rights with paypal. They won’t listen and at the end, they will finally hang up on you!

I just saw this chat here. i bought my stuff in April 2020 - bought it from a German looking website. I tried to send it back, paid money again ... but I still didn't get my money.
