Scammed and Paypal Favored Seller - HELP

Hello, does anyone know if we are actually able to have contact with ANYONE at Paypal to actually TALK about a dispute claim that was in favor of a scam seller??  A Dennis [removed] was the Paypal name but a baseball bat for my son was purchased through a site called justbatsusa.com.  I got a confirmation from the website and it looked legit!  I couldn't press the "check order status" or "visit website" buttons so I Googled the website and called, and was informed that I had been scammed by a website that the legitimate one has had issues with previously.  I tried to dispute with with Paypal, but they settled in favor of seller because they provided a tracking number (that actually indicated it was delivered).  However, I received NOTHING and even checked my Ring App at the time of delivery and it was not!  That is how intricate and good these scammers are.   But here's the thing - I tried to email the seller from the website AND the one provided on Paypal and it kicks back as invalid every time.  Can anyone please help??

To appeal the decision:

  1. https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us
  2. Click Disputes and account limitations.
  3. Click Disputes.
  4. Click Dispute a payment.
  5. Click Call Us after the “This information might help” box.

Or reach out to PayPal at Facebook or Twitter:

Twitter: @AskPayPal

You do have to try multiple times to reach someone sometimes.

All else failing, you may file a complaint at bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA, explaining the situation. It may help if you contacted the shipping company with the tracking number to confirm in writing whether your shipping address was even on the shipping record for said tracking number. This may compel PayPal customer service to contact the shipping company to confirm and overturn the case.

Please do web search on the website in future before buying.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
