On August 1, 2020, I purchased 2 Recliner Luxury Camping Chairs for $59.90. I used PayPal in case something went wrong I would have a recourse, or so I thought. I made a claim because I didn’t receive the correct item. There is no way to contact this seller except through email. I have emailed them 4 times and never received a single response, which I also told PayPal. I escalated my claim with PayPal, all PayPal did was send an email to the seller and the seller responded with the tracking number. So PayPal closed the case. In my email to PayPal when I explained the situation, I said I could send a picture of what I was supposed to have gotten and a picture of what was sent. PayPal never asked me for those pictures, they just closed the case because they got a tracking number. I’m so disappointed in PayPal.  Now that I’ve seen there are others that have been scammed by the same seller. PayPal gave some their money back. I’m not sure what to do now.

Hi I too ordered 2 chairs and they sent 2 nylon sleeves which could have been what they should have come in.the seller sent them in their own words in an e.paxjet which according to the post office is approximately 6×6 inch packet max weight 2kg.they said if I returned the item the would refund my money but they won't acknowledge they have received them.as I sent them back by the post office there is no tracking number so PayPal say's I can't prove they received the package and the sender won't respond to me.i think they are scam merchants and now I have been waiting for a month for a resolution with no end in sight.

Hi I too had a problem with this seller but I have been in touch with PayPals customer service and spoke to a very friendly lady who checked for me and sorted my problem out in under 10 minutes and they are refunding my money 😀

I got scammed too! They posted on Facebook using the name Sopsixm.com. The website looked legit that I thought ok, I’ll order the Dooney & Burke bags even though my gut told me no, it’s a scam! I paid $59.99 for the bags on October 4, 2020. Usually, I would get an email to confirm the order within minutes of ordering but no email was sent. After five business days, I contacted the seller. No response. I contacted them again 5 days later. No response. I finally had enough and opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal just denied my case today letting me know that the seller provided a tracking number and a record of delivery. What?!?! Not once had this company email me to confirm my order let alone send me the tracking number and proof of delivery! Well, tonight, I received a package of two small bags and yup, you guessed it! Not a Dooney & Burke but some cheap knockoff That had a name of “Davijones” imprinted on the bag. Oh, and the bags smelled horrible! I threw it away because it smelled so bad! Earlier today before I received the cheap bags, I sent an email to the Company, to PayPal and to Mr. John Rainey, CFO at PayPal. I told them about the horrible experience I had with this company and that they should do a full investigation and ban them from using PayPal for their business! I mean, PayPal, why aren’t you listening to all of these complaints! Use Amazon’s dispute process and seller cancellation policy. At least after several complaints, Amazon will block the seller from doing business on their site. Why can’t you do the same, PayPal? This company is a FRAUD and a SCAM! Stop taking their word for it and advocate for the buyers who have legitimate complaints about this company’s business practice.

You can try opening a claim with PayPal to try to get a refund. They'll ask you to send the cheap items back, so it's a question of how much shipping will cost. PayPal claims to offer reimbursement for return shipping, though I got differing answers on that. But pay attention to the address buried in the email from PP b/c if you ship it to the return address on your items, instead of that buried address, they'll deny your claim.

No-one ever gets their claim against these shysters approved by PayPal as far as I know. The return address is fake, they just deny it arrived wherever you send it, PayPal probably own the company.

I have just reported Paypal for false advertisement to my local authorities. They claim buyer protection, but do not provide it. If i can't win against Shenzhen Aibili, i'll just have to go against paypal. Simple. I advise everyone to report Paypal for false advertisement. This should be illegal in all countries as far as i know.

I ordered the same Dooney and Burke bag as advertised on FB. I tried to search it but the site is no longer active.  Did you take a screenshot of that ad? My bad, I did not but for sure I am not buying some cheap China item had they been honest about it.

Were you helped by Paypal?  Paypal was not of any help either and starting now, I WILL NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN.

Paypal wanted me to return an item to an address that doesn't exist with shipping cost much more expesive than what I paid for the product.  Totally CRAP.

I am not seniding it back and spending some more money on this **bleep** company. I will just raise a charge back with my credit card.

I THOUGHT THAT THE ADVANTAGE OF USING PAYPAL IS THAT IT CAN ADD PURCHASE PROTECTION, BUT IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE COHORTS OF THESE CHINESE COMPANY wanting to defraud us!!!!
