On August 1, 2020, I purchased 2 Recliner Luxury Camping Chairs for $59.90. I used PayPal in case something went wrong I would have a recourse, or so I thought. I made a claim because I didn’t receive the correct item. There is no way to contact this seller except through email. I have emailed them 4 times and never received a single response, which I also told PayPal. I escalated my claim with PayPal, all PayPal did was send an email to the seller and the seller responded with the tracking number. So PayPal closed the case. In my email to PayPal when I explained the situation, I said I could send a picture of what I was supposed to have gotten and a picture of what was sent. PayPal never asked me for those pictures, they just closed the case because they got a tracking number. I’m so disappointed in PayPal.  Now that I’ve seen there are others that have been scammed by the same seller. PayPal gave some their money back. I’m not sure what to do now.

Has anyone ever had a refund via PayPal from this company? It requires them to say they have received the items back, but as far as I can tell the return address isn’t valid and the company doesn’t exist in that province.

This company is a complete fraud operation, advertising products that they have no intention to send. What I recieved from them is a totally worthless piece of plastic crap that wasn't worthy of the cardboard box that it came in, and that fell apart. Total Scam yet Paypal keep sending them peoples money with no thought for the worthless **bleep** they are sending back. absolute disgrace and so difficult to even get a response let alone a resolution.

I was told to return the goods to the <removed> address...what a joke! The cost of the return postage was more than the items purchased so either way I am out of pocket.

Disgraceful of PayPal

PayPal have just rejected my claim, ignoring the information that I was asked to return the crap goods to a non-existent address. I wonder if the company is owned by PayPal?

Anyway, time to try a chargeback through the credit card company.

I believe that PayPal is intertwined financially with these International companies because they would understand what is happening and they would remove them or help their customers more.

This seller is complete fraud!

He sent completely different product than he advertised and I bought!

I demanded that seller would send me the product I bought and opened a dispute!
He apparently refused and requested me to return fake useless item he sent me!

Return shipping cost is 45 €, that is almost three times more than I have paid!

I request either a FULL REFUND NO RETURNS, or that SELLER WILL COWER THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING (I didn’t order this **bleep** he sent me), or that SELLER WILL SEND A CORRECT PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY NO RETURNS!

Why PayPal is supporting ripping off of buyers by this seller?

If neither of those three solutions will be be provided, I will file a complaint against PayPal!

I ordered two covered folding chairs from a company called Disones, and when they hadn't arrived in a month, I went to their website, but it had been closed. I got the company name Shenzhen Aibili from PayPal and emailed them. They said the items were on backorder and would arrive soon. A couple weeks later, I received two tiny canvas bags. Shenzhen Aibili told me that what I'd ordered were two chair bags, not two chairs, but the item description on my confirmation email clearly says covered chair. PayPal finally got them to agree to refund my $39.98 if I mailed back the bags. I sent them to the return address, but PayPal said Shenzhen Aibili wanted it shipped to China. So even though I had spent an additional $8.30 to ship the bags to CA, PayPal denied my claim (which would have done me no good because that shipment would have cost as much as my purchase). So essentially, PayPal is complicit in the scam because they do not hold Shenzhen Aibili accountable, letting them keep the revenue and the returned products, thereby funding the continuation of the scam. I have reported this to the US Government's Internet Fraud department, and BBB is next.

Yes, at first PayPal denied my claim bc they said I'd received my order, but I explained that I received the wrong thing, Ave they reopened the case (which didn't matter bc they denied it anyway).
