Seller does not want to let me return for refund

Seller does not want me to return nor want to give me a refund The company veaq Co.,LTD Done went thru PayPal getting nowhere. I guess I'm eating this one. PayPal doesn't seem to want to stand behind the consumer

Paypals 'customers' are both buyers and sellers as both use paypal and both garner them fees.

Paypal gives 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection but its up to all of us to risk assess our transactions.

Also don't buy from China via social media its nearly always tat.
