Hi! So my friend got a “sugar daddy” who promised he would send her money, but she needed to go to moonpay.com first, enter a mystical wallet code and pay 200€ EUR. He said the 200€ would go to PayPal as a transaction fee. Looks like a scam to me but my friend won’t listen to me so can you share your opinion or knowledge to make my friend understand what’s going on here? Thanks I’m advance

my sympathies to ur friend, but she's lucky she has such a good friend. hopefully she'll be smart enough to ask smarter people's opinion before falling for something so dumb. her "daddy" simply made 200 euros off her is all. ANY money offer than first requires payment as a condition of receiving a (typically much greater) payout is a scam that works by leveraging peoples lust for free money against their better judgment. when confronted with such an offer, consider how u'd feel to be out the upfront cost (in this case, 200 eur) because THAT is the ONLY part of this equation that matters. if u can't afford to lose that amount, don't gamble with it. u'll lose it every time.
GUARANTEED.
