Recently took a chance buying a smartwatch online from Spade and Co. Item shows shipped but I’m skeptical based on BBB complaints. Has anyone had experience with this vendor?
About 4 months ago I purchased the Health Smartwatch 2 and was pleased with it at first. Well tried to charge it up just last week and is wouldn't charge at all. I have the other Smartwatch now for about a year and has been working well. I was informed that they will not allow me a refund or replacement because it is past the 30 days. Very sad as to how they treat a repeat customer like garbage. Learn from experience NEVER BUY FROM SPADE AGAIN!!!!!
I too purchased the Spade Health Smartwatch 2. Bought it in November for Christmas. It charged but worked marginally. The health measurements were not good and it was difficult to use. The user interface was terrible. By February it was not holding charge and in March it stopped working.
This is a piece of garbage. Don't waste your money!
