My account has been suspended. It all started when I payed for a plane ticket and used my middle name (added to my last name) for the ticket. It looks like Paypal did not like it and thought I have a different name and asked for my birth date. I called customer service and he forwarded my clarification but nothing changed. I sent them a note explained the misunderstanding but still nothing changed.
