I also got scammed by Kilo Group! Somehow they signed me up through PayPal without my knowledge or authorization, the PayPal resolution procedure has failed, so I am closing my PayPal account.

How can you trust PayPal as a secure business when they allow this to happen!! Very clearly Kilo hacks PayPal accounts and creates subscription payments (mine was $49 every six months) and PayPal refuses to refund because they can't get the money back from this fake company in <removed>, <removed>. PayPal will continue to lose customers if they can't protect our accounts.

I can't even get my PayPal account to close without PayPal being allowed to assist!

Every nurse/nursing organization/professional organization I know  and belong to will be made aware of your lack of integrity in getting this situation under control!!

They don't hack paypal accounts, normally folks sign up to a free trial but don't cancel the subscription that kicks in after the free trial so paypal quite correctly pays them the funds you have authorised with that subscription.
