I've got 7 pending payments to UPS after their website crashed while I was trying to book a parcel.
Their customer services is absolutely non-existent, bashing my head against a brick wall trying to get them to even understand the problem, let alone cancel the payments. It's nearly 200 quid being held for a 25 quid parcel (which wasn't even booked in the end)
Is there any way I can get paypal to cancel the pending payments?

PayPal cannot cancel these. Only the merchant can void them or just let them expire on their own and drop off which can take up to 30 days…if any or all of them complete within 30 days, then you may report them as duplicates by clicking the transaction on PayPal activity page, then click billing issue option.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
