Unable To Cancel nor Wait out NDID Identity Confirmation?

Hi I need help with this on going issue I have funds on hold because of this issue, My National Digital Id confirmation seems to bugged out!
Usually after being unable to Confirm my NDID after 60 minutes I could try again, But I've waited Around 26 hours and 23 minutes and it's still on going!,
I've tried to cancel the process but after some clicks it said
"We weren’t able to cancel identity confirmation Your identity confirmation has already been processed."
I need help! PLEASE!!!

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
