Unable to access money in my account due to someone sending via business.

I recently requested money from a friend, and he sent it through the business rather than Friends and Family so now my account is limited and I cant unlimited it or get access to my money! They don't understand what's wrong and are refusing to help me out so I came here.

I do understand your concern about not having access to your funds and the account limitations. No need to worry! When an account gets limited, you will receive an email with the reason of limitations and the steps to remove the limitations in your account. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. The steps to remove the limitation will be listed in the Resolution Center of your PayPal account. Please go the resolution center and follow the steps/actions to resolve the limitations placed in your account. For any additional assistance, you can contact PayPal support and the contact options can be seen here
