Unauthorized Bank Transfer Case Rejected

Today I had an unauthorized transfer of funds into a bank account I don’t own. I submitted a case with PayPal and it was rejected as not suspicious even though someone tried to change my account password and minutes later submitted an immediate bank transfer. PayPal needs to make this right or I will close my account since it is deemed unsecure for my money

Nothing we can do about it so why not contact customer services?
