Unauthorized charge from cssbuy ecomm [removed]

Hello. My credit card was charged 7 times for a total in excess of 250€. The name that appears is "PAYPAL CSSBUY ECOM[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]

But does not appear on my Paypal account. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized charges on your credit card. Since the unrecognized charges don't show on your PayPal account, this could be a few different situations. Frequently, we find out the purchases were made by a family member or friend who borrowed your card. There's also a possibility an unauthorized company is using our name on their statements. Unfortunately, there is also a chance your card number was discovered by someone fraudulent who used it on PayPal to make purchases.

I recommend contacting all close family and friends right away to see if someone borrowed your card. If nobody did, then you'll want to contact your card issuer and report the card as stolen. Once you've done that, please contact us so we can investigate if the charges were processed through PayPal. To contact us, scroll to the bottom of any PayPal website and select 'Contact' or 'Help and Contact.'
