Unauthorized transaction but cased closed

Good Day!

When I woke up earlier this morning I received an email from paypal confirming a money transfer to another bank.
When I checked my account, all of my savings was transferred to a different bank!
I checked the linked bank account and suddenly a foreign bank account was linked!
-I immediately unlinked the account and changed my password.

I reported this issue to paypal, but the cased was closed. According to them the transfer weren't unauthorized.
The money will be transfered on May 11, 2022. Clearly there is still a window time to cancel the transaction and return my money.

I tried to report again but I cannot. What should I do?

Contact customer service:     

1.  https://www.paypal.com/ph/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Password and account access.     
3. Click Report unauthorized access or unknown charges.    
4. Click Message Us or Call Us after the “This information might help” box.
5. Reference the transaction IDs for the withdrawals and let them know a bank account you do not recognize was added.

I messaged them now and awaiting for reply. I hope for a quick response for time is the essence.
The transaction will be done on May 11. I hope there is a way to cancel the transaction!

I am waiting for Paypal's response to my message.
