My father just received a letter from Unifin saying he owed $1525.66 from 2018. My father has never had a Paypal account, has never owned or used a computer, and in fact doesn't even use the ATM! He's just kind of old-school that way.
So for someone to claim he owes anything to Paypal is for sure a scam!
