Verifikation fee

Hi. I was to receive money from a person and in order for it to come and be verified i need to send a verifikation fee. Why do i need to do that? And to where?

Its a SCAM.

Sellers never pay a fee to verify / upgrade to to do anything else upfront of being paid.

Any paypal fee is auto deducted from the buyers payment at the same instant the remainder of the payment is credited to your paypal account balance.
