I understand that you may not have documents needed to upload in the Resolution Center. For regulatory reasons, we need to confirm our customer’s personal information (such as your name, address, and date of birth). To verify your address, you have to upload the requested documents in the resolution center of your PayPal account. In this case, you can provide the required information by typing it there itself, either in pdf format or it could be a word document. Once you upload that, our concerned team will review it and respond soon.
