What is Billing Agreement

During the dispute I was asked to provide copy of billing agreement. Can you help me understand what exactly is billing agreement and where can I find it?

If so, normally that means our review teams are looking for a copy of the Billing Agreement you set up with your buyer to review what kind of services were offered and on what kind of timeline.
